The A1 Motorway Closed Due to an Accident Involving Gas Bottles on 11/29/2021

This section was the scene of a series of 3 accidents on Monday, 11/29. The most significant involved a semi-trailer transporting crates of gas bottles and a truck carrying paper.

The vehicle carrying nearly 1300 bottles lost part of its load on the roadway during the accident. 3 bottles began to leak on the roadway, fortunately without causing them to explode.

The truck dragged a car in its skid.

The paper truck also lost its load, across all lanes of the highway, in both directions.
